JC Recovery Center Gift of Sobriety Christmas Scholarship
JC Recovery Center is happy to announce we will be offering a full treatment scholarship to someone struggling with addiction. This scholarship will include our full partial hospitalization program. We know around the holidays it is a tough time to see our loved ones struggling and often times we don’t know how we can help. This is the opportunity to submit a brief request about yourself or a loved one that is struggling to have the chance to be granted a full treatment scholarship. Each request will be reviewed and a decision will be made to help get a struggling addict the help they desperately need.
Our Partial Hospitalization Services Include:
- A medical assessment
- Psychological evaluation for dual diagnosis
- A psychiatric evaluation
- Neurological examination
- Individualized treatment plan that addresses all personal needs
- Medication management to address depression, anxiety, pain and other ailments
- Trauma-focused group therapy to address secrets, shame, guilt, anger
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Self-esteem curriculum
- Life skills development
- Coping skills
- Family therapy
- Daily group therapy
- Relapse prevention; Sobriety coaching
- Aftercare and continuum of care
- Experiential therapy
All submissions must be received by 12/20/17
